Delivery & Returns

We accept all major credit, debit cards and Paypal payments. Please note any refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation and your order will be dispatched within 3-5 working days.

By Soren offers UK only Royal Mail 1st class signed for delivery. The cost is £5, and postage is free of charge for all orders over £300

Shipping generally takes 3-5 days following dispatch and a signature will be required upon receipt of your delivery.

If you have not received your parcel after 5 working days, please email us at  hello@bysoren.co.uk and we will track your order.

Please allow for a slightly longer delivery around Christmas and when Royal Mail Strikes

We really hope you love your order but understand that sometimes you may want to return an item.

All purchases will be eligible for a full refund (excluding original postage cost) if returned within 14 days of receipt of delivery. You are responsible for the return postage cost.
